Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), the largest integrated stainless steel mill in Southeast Asia, announced its stainless steel prices for March today (February 26th).

Tsingshan Holding Group's cold-rolled line in India was already under equipment installing process. If the progress moved smoothly, the cold-rolled coil (CRC) line was expected to be put into production in May to June this year.

The price of nickel went up over US$100/ton again on April 12th, and it came to US$13,800/ton at present.

Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco) and Tang Eng Iron Works Co., Ltd., the largest integrated stainless steel mills in Southeast Asia, announced their market price for April.

The Korea Iron and Steel Association stated that the stock of South Korean stainless steel cold-rolled sheet came to around 97,000 tons in February.

It is reported that Japan’s stainless steel exports in this March were around 91,438 tons, up by 2.3% compared with last month and up by 4.2% compared with last year.

Japan's steel exports were 92,306 tons in July this year, an increase of 9.4% month on month to 84,363 tons from last month.
